He has over 20 years of experience working with, implementing and training on best-of-breed accounting, CRM, point of sale, and other enterprise applications. These applications include general business tools, such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, and industry specific applications for travel agencies and independent retailers.

We help companies choose the best software solutions for their needs, configure those tools to work best for them, and offer ongoing support and training. As independent consultants, we can provide more personalized service than software manufacturers’ own support desks. We’re here to help our clients with consulting, training, and solutions.

He is an Advanced Trams Certified Consultant and has worked with more than 200 agencies to implement and effectively use Trams Back Office, ClientBase and the Sabre GDS. In addition to working with agencies to implement and develop best practices for their day-to-day operations, he is an expert in groups accounting using these applications.

Independent Retailers

Helping independent retailers survive and flourish is integregal to our company’s mission. With particular emphasis on independent bookstores, we help stores choose and implement industry leading solutions for point-of-sale, inventory management and accounting.

We’re proud to be the first consulting firm to help bring BookManager to the U.S. bookselling community. We also work with best point-of-sale solution for general retailers, Keystroke POS.

Service Businesses

We help service companies and freelancers find and implement solutions to more effectively manage their work. These include CRM (customer relationship management), accounting and other industry-specific applications.
